The expansion on paper usability

Specialty paper business started in 1963 (the 38th year of Showa) when the production of specialty papers was started with the impregnated latex paper as the starter at the Fuji factory, which was founded by merger and acquisition of four paper factories in 1943 (the 18th year of Showa). Since then, we has produced a large variety of specialty papers with making the most of its integrated production line from paper manufacturing to impregnation and coating. The R&D Laboratory on the premises in Fuji factory has continued to challenge the development of new kinds of papers utilizing its unique technologies and creativity.

The Specialty paper department in Kohjin Co., Ltd. have established its position as "Kohjin specializing in Specialty papers" with continuing the development and manufacture of various papers utilizing an integrated production line from paper manufacturing to impregnation and coating.

We flexibly satisfy the customers' needs by supplying delicate services and by implementing co-operation system among production, R&D, and sales divisions.
We, the members of the Specialty papers department will continue to contribute to the creation of a wealthy society with supplying high quality and ingenious "new papers" over the years to come having three "S", in other words, "Sincerity", "Speedy", and "Stability" as our motto.
