Production & Quality Control

The Yatsushiro Factory is the production center for our plastic films. Centered on the KOHJIN Process, a tubular simultaneous biaxially oriented film production method offering high quality and productivity, we offer plastic films for diverse applications, ranging from food packaging to industrial use. For shrink films, our manufacturing plant has the largest scale in Japan. With respect to quality, we make exhaustive efforts to improve the production environment and upgrade the functions of quality control equipment remaining cognizant that the division deals with food-related products.
